This is an essay I wrote for graduate school applications. I actually read a few books before finding one that I was interested in writing about. The Tartar Steppe is the kind of thing that is really open to interpretation. I noticed a trend of veterans, regardless of where they were from, having a different interpretation than what was more common for the literary critics and publishers. I strongly recommend the book.
(I know there’s probably some typos or grammatical bugs in there. A lot of this was written while on the road, dealing with relocating and finding work, and during my first few months out of the Army after an 8.5 year active duty stint).
This is a simulated student PMESII-PT project showing some analysis and research skills. Totally unclassed and based on 2019 US foreign policy posture.
